Visit to the saltern with historical and social framing of the salt pans of Castro Marim. Salt harvesting, (in-season action), or an example of how the extraction is done, explaining the process from the ocean to the salt pan (out of season action). Salt tasting accompanied by local tomato and fresh cheese, cockle (or other bivalve), shrimp or prawn popcorn. At the end, a rich fish soup, fresh fruit and fig brandy will be served. All the tasting will be accompanied by white wine.
