This is a region of rugged beauty, where we combine the depth of the landscape, archaeological wealth, history and gastronomic delights. The experience begins with a visit to Gilberto Ferreira's Navalhas cutlery factory, so you can learn all about this ancient art. At the end of the visit you can take home a personalized souvenir. The tour then continues at Bísaro, a traditional sausage factory specialising in hams, sausages and other animal products from the Bísaro pig. Here we'll be able to buy a basket of traditional products that will later form part of an unforgettable tasting. The route continues to the River Azibo, where a boat trip awaits you as well as a tasting of the products previously collected at Bísaro, while you enjoy the unique landscape of this tributary of the River Sabor. The afternoon will be long, and the best way to end this experience so rich in flavours and striking in landscapes will be at a dinner at Chef Óscar Geadas' restaurant, G Pousada, where the products and wines of the Trás-os-Montes region will be represented in a sublime way.
