The day begins with a tour of the old Guadiana mills, now decommissioned, but which made history over time for being the only water mills in the region, where on the banks of the Guadiana they transformed cereals into flour to create the greatest symbol of local cuisine, Alentejo bread. After that, learn more about talha wines, a winemaking process developed by the Romans and still preserved by local producers. A visit to the vineyard is a must to learn everything about this very special terroir. Conclude this Alentejo tour in the best way with a tasting of talha wines and a traditional lunch in a typical Alentejo winery made by the host Chef Carlos Afonso
