The day starts early at the Sesimbra Marina where the Chef will welcome you, and there you will begin a boat trip to Ribeira do Cavalo beach. In this translucent sea, and with the idyllic landscape of this secret beach as a backdrop, a local fisherman shows the art of fishing, and catches fish and shellfish that will later be used in the preparation of lunch.
The experience continues at Casa Horário Simões, in Azeitão, where you can taste special Moscatéis in this century-old house dedicated to Moscatel wine.
The morning ends with lunch, where you'll have the opportunity to enter Chef André Cruz's personal universe.
In a country setting, the Chef prepares a menu based on local products and using the one’s picked up during the morning boat trip.
His farm in Pinhal Novo will be the chosen location for this meal accompanied by the best wines from the region.
