The Chef welcomes you at The Cliffbay Hotel, where the tour begins with a visit to the Mercado dos Lavradores, the largest showcase of Madeiran products. This is followed by a visit to the Chef’s private vegetable garden and lunch,where the flavours and the landscape promise an unforgettable experience.
