Chef Alexandre Silva Gastronomic Experience

We begin this experience with a boat trip from Peniche to Berlengas archipelago, a protected ecosystem with breathtaking landscapes. Once on the Berlengas, watch or participate in a fishing activity with Chef Alexandre Silva and a local fisherman who will take you on this adventure where you will learn more about this unique region of Portugal, where the translucent color of the sea, diving, and birdwatching are some of the main attractions. Back in Peniche, the Chef will prepare a menu with all the products collected on the Berlengas, in a fishing support house with a magnificent view of the sea. To pair with the meal, we’ll have the finest wines from the Oeste region.
