Welcome drink served upon arrival, visit to the saltpans with historical and social framing of the saltpans of Castro Marim. In the Nature Reserve of Sapal de Castro Marim learn how to collect the finest and purest crystals of fleur de sel. Learn about the production cycle of fleur de sel, where nature takes care of part of the process.
Dinner, in the hands of Chef Noélia Jerónimo, the renowned Algarve chef, will be served in an authentic setting with a menu inspired by the sea and the products of the Ria Formosa. Four courses will be served, accompanied by a wine pairing.
