Day 1: Have lunch with the Chef in a local restaurant in Montalegre and discover the 2-day programme we have prepared for you. Visit some of the most emblematic producers of the region. Learn all about the use of these products in a cooking class guided by the Chef. Finish the day with a dinner that combines the most refined techniques with the best regional products.
Day 2: Start the day with breakfast with the Chef. Continue discovering local products and learn how to prepare them in another class prepared by Chef Nuno Diniz. End this experience on a high note with an unforgettable lunch.
