Travel to Ilha do Pessegueiro and discover the wines aged at the bottom of the sea. Make the “dip” of your bottle, which will later be delivered to your home where you can taste and prove the characteristics of these wines. Back in Porto Covo, finish the experience with a surprising lunch marked by the flavors of the sea.
Meeting at the port of Porto Covo for a boat trip to discover the region’s wine aging program on the island of Pessegueiro. Each participant will have the opportunity to throw a bottle overboard that will be aged for 3 months. After the aged period, you will receive at home the bottle you threw into the sea, taste the wine and discover the influence of the aging process in the deep waters of the Atlantic. The experience ends with a sea-flavored lunch prepared by Chef Ricardo Leite at the Alma Nómada restaurant in Porto Covo. (three-course menu)
